Michelle offered an interior designer who helped us reduce the number of decorations, pictures on the walls, pieces of furniture in a room, etc. and with that added to the staging provided by the interior designer, the effect was priceless when it came to the pictures and video. I am confident that the pictures and video led to a large turnout at the open house held only one day after the listing went out even though there hadn’t been any advertising of an open house. Our home was sold in 6 days. Wonderful result to say the least.
