As first time home buyers, Jean’s attention to detail and patience really provided us a sense of reassurance during the whole process. Jean always respected our time and scheduled viewings in a way that was efficient — this was very important to us since we had tight schedules during the work week. She provided a ton of tips from all of her past experiences. And of course, she ensured that our questions are answered promptly. She gave us advice when we needed but never pushed us into any decisions we’re uncomfortable with. She watched out for us like a dear friend. She made the experience very pleasant (and fun!) and informative for the both us. Jean was wonderful to work with. With it being a sellers market, Jean was able to setup showings quickly after I indicated I wanted to look at a home. I had to drive 100 miles one way for a showing. If there were multiple homes I was interested in she was always able to squeeze them into one day. She learned my tastes quickly, so was able to steer me in the right direction. Jean would point out areas of concern, which I very much appreciated. While it was a stressful process for me, Jean made it feel comfortable.

I would like to thank Jean Hill for her professionalism, courtesy, hard work, and compassion! Jean Hill helped me through the sale of my parents (my childhood) home. She helped give me direction in making sure the house was salable. She explained the process of placing the house on the market and guided me through the paperwork necessary to begin the sale. Once we were ready photos were taken and the house was listed. When we had a buyer (very quickly after listing) she explained the next steps in the process up to and including the closing and continued contact reminding me to be sure to complete those things necessary after closing. I am grateful for her kindness, making a very difficult time (selling my childhood home) much easier and, in the end, a relief that now someone else will be able to make the house a home.
