Courtney went above and beyond for us when buying a camp! Not only did she do the “regular things”, but she also guided us through a few snafus, gave us some confidence to be firm in what we were comfortable doing, AND on the day we were scheduled to close (which we did!) we had a “crisis”; Courtney basically took care of all of the logistics to help us navigate it, and I can’t tell you how much of a relief it was. We waited for that day and when it got here, that very same morning “life happened”, and Courtney just helped keep us calm and took over so we could do what WE needed to do. She’s very knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely easy to communicate with. I highly recommend using Courtney as your real estate person, she’s excellent!
