Dealing with Neil was an amazing experience. I wish he could have helped me with the home I was selling in Florida. As I was buying a house in NY and moving from Florida, he helped me each step of the way. Anytime I had a question he was able to get me the answer if he didn't know it. I never felt as though I was bothering him with questions and, since I was buying the home from Florida without actually seeing the home in person, he took videos of the homes I was interested in and even did the final walk through for me.
And it was the exact opposite of the experience I had with the real estate agent I had for my home in Florida. I would recommend Neil to anyone who was looking for a home in the Glens Falls, NY area.
Barb was amazingly attentive. She anticipated our needs and completely went above and beyond. She went so far as to warm the ground before a septic inspection to try to make it easier to gain entry. We do not have enough kind things to say about Barb. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home in the region.
