I cannot even begin to put into words how thankful we are for Tressa. The home buying experience can be stressful from start to finish. We spent 2 years looking at numerous houses that never quite seemed right. Tressa never once made us feel pressure or guilty for saying no for the numerous houses she showed us. It took us what felt like forever to find "the one" and when we finally did, she fought tooth and nail to get us into it. We experienced a few more bumps in the road than most homebuyers do but Tressa made everything far less stressful. She was our sanity through the entire process. She answered every phone call, message, question immediately. She stayed on top of the lenders, sellers agent and anyone else if they did not respond in a timely manner. When there were requirements that no one understood, she researched, reached out to everyone she could think of and did EVERYTHING to find the solution. She puts her entire heart and soul into her work and it is not just a job for her. Teressa took all our families needs (which is a lot) into consideration when looking for houses. She was absolutely amazing with our children and by the end of the process Tressa felt like family. Having Tressa as an agent was an absolute blessing and we wouldn't have wanted to go through it with anyone else. If we ever have to go through buying another home, we will work with no one but Tressa because she is the absolute best.

Nicole was awesome. Right out of the gate we could tell she had the experience and savvy necessary to help us get the right people in the door and the best price for our house. She showed up to our first meeting with a full analysis of our home, comps, and the market in general, and her advice only got more detailed and valuable from there. We moved out of the area, but if we ever make it back to the Captial Region, Nicole will be our first call.

I did have a shaky start with Hunt. Lorenzo and I didn't mesh well together. He recommended Shania as a better fit. He was absolutely right about Shania. She was thorough without lecturing or being inadvertently demeaning. Once she understood my wishlist, she gave me my assignment and set me free. She was professional, incredibly respectful, and patient. I can't say enough good things about Shania. I think Shania would be a great team leader.
She is extremely conscientious, responsible, and responsive and generates an optimistic attitude in all her interactions. I always felt she was "on my side" for this current transaction and honestly would have NO reservations in referring friends and family to her with any of her real estate needs. Her additional interest in making sure the home I was interested in was fully functioning was particularly appreciated as I was coming back to NY after many years in Arizona and was not familiar with provisions necessary for a New York real estate transaction including getting Radon testing done. Any person she referred to me to utilize for plumbing, home inspection, etc., turned out to be very professional too and gave me confidence I was making the right choice for a new home. I could not be more pleased with a real estate agent.
