We hired Sandi Van Camp and her team to sell our cousin’s duplex in Fairport, NY as we live in excess of 300 miles from the property. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we could have made.
Sandi handled every aspect of the transaction, from arranging to do the final clean out the unit, coordinating repairs, donating & finding homes for many of the personal possessions on top of the standard services of staging the homes, holding open houses and handling the details of the closing. She properly priced the property, with the winning bid being 20% over the listing price. There wasn’t anything she couldn’t accomplish.

How laid back Tina was and how her calm demeanor always helped during the most stressful times with buying and selling our home. She was always prompt with answering our calls, text messages and constant questions. Her professionalism and knowledge of real estate was always 10+!! She is amazing and anyone would be lucky to have her as their realtor.
She has sold 4 of my properties. I like the high level of loyalty and trust, and looking out for my best interest to get the highest selling price. Hands on at every Appraisal, C of O, Home Inspections or open house she is their.
I had a hard sell 11 unit rooming house, doing a FSBO and then decided to interview 5 realtors. Here is what to watch out for, my results:
- The comp price was 259k. Some Realtors, to make their jobs easier wanted to list at 200k to 230k, Dawn sold property for $244k.
- Some have a team, had to pay a $500 team fee & commission. I only want to deal with 1 person, expect a response that day and don't want to deal with layers of people. I work hard and have high expectation, I like that Dawn works at the same high level ( No Excuses, Solve the Problem) .
- Some realtors 30 minuets away, wanted to do the interview by phone and not travel to look at property, just run comps from there office. Your Fired
- I am a numbers cruncher with income properties. I expect a realtor to no 1031 Exchanges, NOI, Vacancy rates, % of Expenses to Gross Income and most important how to read a person and be respectful during the transition of new ownership. Dawn has the knowledge and transition runs smoothly.
