Well over a year ago, we initiated a search for a country property. We were especially intrigued by an online listing by Sandi Van Camp and Hunt Realty. We made an appointment to visit the site on a weekend morning. My wife and I immediately recognized the committed depth of knowledge Sandi possesses. Aside from Sandi's incredibly warm and disarming personality, we were equally impressed with her instant retrieval of so many facts and facets regarding construction, home and property sales, listings and building code parameters.

My wife and I speak fondly to others about the Divine Intervention that brought Sandi Van Camp to us! Her and her Hunt team’s modest perseverance and unique perspective was greatly appreciated.
Sandi immensely helped us navigate a Covid era minefield full of omissions, and sadly, even some professional ineptitude of others.
From our first chance meeting, months before our ultimate house purchase - Sandi was professional, cordial, confident, capable, sharing and patient! She worked around OUR work and home life schedule.
