Megan was a referral from a friend who knew how much I was struggling in trying to find my first house. I had been searching for over a year at this point, and working with an agent that didn't really listen to my wants and needs. I felt like I was doing all the work in finding listings to view, she didn't have a flexible schedule when it came time to schedule showings and I was not getting much feedback whenever I had questions or tried to put in offers.
It was the complete opposite with Megan!! She really took the time to listen to what I wanted in a home for my daughter and I. She was always reaching out when she saw that I favorite a listing. Megan was kind enough to work around my schedule when it came time to viewing properties. She was always there ready before I arrived, door unlocked, lights on, made it a welcoming experience.
