My real estate agent was wonderful. I had mixed results with the Concierge Service. I was assigned a Concierge representative who stood me up on our overly-confirmed first phone appointment. All of a sudden another Concierge representative stepped in, and he has been fine. But there was some confusion before that.
I have always used the same realtor for all my properties, buying and selling. She is the BEST. We sold our last 2 properties within 24 hours, for full price.

From the first meeting with her to establish what the process would involve to arranging the open, house negotiating the sale, and following through till closing, Catherine was on top of the situation, making sure that things would proceed in a smooth and timely manner. She was always available to answer my questions, returning phone calls promptly when she could not answer them directly. She was a good listener and represented me well.

Vince LoCastro handled the sale of my parent's estate. This was my first time selling property; so naturally I was a little un-easy and didn't know what to expect. Vince did a great job explaining the process and getting me on the right path. He did an initial walk through of the property, gave renovation ideas and offered numerous suggestions which ultimately lead to a much higher sale price than I was expecting. Vince had offers seven days after the listing started and I accepted an offer that was 35K offer asking price. I was especially impressed with Vince's overall character. For most of the process, Vince and I maintained daily contact. He was very professional and responsive and never took more than 4 hours to respond to text or e-mails. I never felt like a number or felt rushed during our conversations. He took the time to listen and answered questions well. Vince and I spent numerous hours on the phone discussing the progress of the sale as well as everyday things. After a while, it seemed like he was more of a friend than my real estate broker. I can’t say enough about this guy. Thanks so much Vince, you’re my go to guy if I ever have to sell my own house. It’s a 10 out of 10 from me.
