Hunt Real Estate did a very good job at getting me the home I wanted at a fair price even though I offered asking price they were still able to get it reduced for me unlike most of the people you're going to have to deal with through this transaction Hunt Real Estate is not going to be one of them

Lorenzo was the best part of our home buying experience by far. He was very knowledgable and made himself available to our every need, request and concern. This was the first home purchased by my wife and I and looking back at the process and times when stress got high I could not imagine going through this processes with anyone other than Lorenzo. It turned out that Lorenzo was able to find and get us into the home of our dreams. This was not expected as there were many conversations between myself and the better half about how if we find a house for the next 5 to 8 years that would be ok. Cindy is a terrific realtor, & so is her team (Joe, Abbey, etc), & being a realtor does not seem like an easy occupation! There are many moving parts, plus you’re dealing with people & their homes, which most have very strong feelings about! I had one of the most difficult selling situations, having a house that tenants left unexpectedly without payment & in disrepair. I knew I had to fix it up and sell it quickly, so I swooped in and did that, (re-painted most of House, installed new flooring & fixtures, etc., & staged it. It did help that I’m a designer, but Cindy let me know what updates it needed, too). With me doing my part, having it be in great condition and look great, I went with Cindy’s recommendation for pricing. It was lower than what I wanted, but I wanted to sell right away, & it did! We got an accepted offer over the asking price within 12 days after it went on the market, & that’s pretty impressive for the remote area it was in! The buyer’s loan approval took longer than I hoped for, but Cindy had educated me of that, too. Buying or selling a home sometimes you may hear things sometimes that you don’t want to hear. Maybe it takes longer than you want, or costs more than you hoped for, but if you have a realtor like Cindy, who is honest & fair with you, tells you the situation, but also looks out for you, that’s all that matters. If you listen to her, she’ll get you to where you need to be! I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling. She’s smart, experienced, levelheaded, knowledgeable, & she gets things done! She explains things well, too, & is honest, hardworking, & professional. She’s easy to communicate with, trustworthy, & she represents her clients well. Top notch!!

Penny was fantastic! She was patient with us through the process of figuring out what we really wanted in our next home, which we described as a unicorn. Cindy is supportive, friendly, knowledgeable and direct. My entire family have used Cindy to help them with real estate matters. Cindy is punctual and organized. She works very hard. Cindy's job is more like a lifestyle for her, she is rarely off the clock and takes it very seriously. Cindy is patient and kind. I had planned to sell my house some years ago but then I lost job stability and did not do so. When the time was right for me to sell, Cindy was there for me. I will be using Cindy's services again in a few years when I plan to buy my next house. Knowing that I had Cindy "in my corner" gave me the confidence to move forward with selling a house I had lived in for 28 years. My adult daughter was less stressed about my decision to sell because she knew that Cindy would be with me every step of the way.
