Nina is very knowledgeable about the local housing market. She understood our specific needs during the preparation of our home for sale. She never pushed any of her views on us, just gave us various options and allowed us to make our own decisions. She was always reasonable and professional. Jennifer stuck with us even when the seller of our house was going back and forth. Jennifer had to step in and have several awkward conversations with the seller and really stayed on her to make sure we got the house we wanted. She was also upfront with us about our best options during the process of selling our house.
