I actually didn’t plan to sell or hire a realtor. I was merely educating myself on the market conditions and stopped by an open house in my area to see listing and price. I plan to relocate in the Carolinas in a couple years.irina and I talked and I had mentioned if you get price that was listed on her clients house for her to see my property and suggest the best way to maximize my value. 4-5 months later she listed, staged the house a bit and we accepted an offer. I could have waited another 1 1/2 years but I took advantage of Irinas knowledge suggestions and of course sellers market. She fully represented my interests and always said her job was to get the most money in my pocket with her suggestions ideas and marketing. She always said “Of Course “ and was always available. It has been a pleasure having her represent me and keep the process smooth. She will be a huge addition to the Hunt Team!!!

Pat is a wonderful realtor and we greatly appreciated her knowledge, patience, and professionalism. She was involved in the purchase of our first home 8 years ago and the sale/purchase of our current homes. We would not have been able to get through this crazy competitive market without her. She always responded right away to either our texts, emails, or calls. She truly cared about our buying/selling experience. Pat also has a deep knowledge of the structure of homes, the neighborhoods of different towns in Rochester, and what to look for, along with a large list of contacts to get more specific information (roofing, painting...). Nina worked hard to find the perfect home for my parents. I came in from out of state to help with the search so we had tight deadlines. My dad was in poor health and Nina showed a lot of compassion making sure the home layouts and entryways would suit his needs.
