Cory did an exceptional job of ensuring that each property we looked at was thoroughly gone through. When we would arrive it was evident that he had clearly done his homework on each property. He was able to provide us with information about the homes the minute we walked into the door. Touring properties was always a good time full of information.

Once we were ready to make an offer Cory had all the paperwork ready to go and was able to sit down with me on Zoom the same night I asked him to put together the offer. Fortunately for us the first offer we made wasn't accepted. But then we found a hilltop property with everything we could ask for. Within a few hours of the bids opening we had an accepted offer.

Over the next few weeks I would receive numerous updates each week about the progress of our home buying transaction. Cory made this entire experience way smoother than a first time buyer thought it could be. I would highly recommend Cory and his team of professionals to any of my Family/Friends.
