I'm grateful I was referred to Nina! Calling her was the best decision I made. We talked about what I'm looking for in my first home. She took her time with me. I felt comfortable telling her my needs, wants, and preferences with my home. She listened and didn't judge. We initially scheduled a time to look at some homes, but due to her schedule, Nina asked if I don't mind working with both her and another agent who had more availability. I agreed to this. I ended up getting an accepted offer with the other agent; this agent was patient with me just as Nina was. I'm glad Nina acknowledged the constraints of her schedule, and got me in touch with someone who would make me feel comfortable. I can't tell you how many times I've scheduled appointments with agents (in other professions) that would know their schedule is tight and instead of getting me someone else who could see me, they'd would neglect and ghost me. Purchasing a home from out of state can be extremely challenging given the current housing climate.
