Katie Brown was excellent to work with throughout the home-buying process, from the initial call, to working on the search (area, price range, etc.), to viewings, and finally - closing. Her knowledgeability and honesty were exemplary throughout my time with her; in a process that is rife with salespeople desperate to just sell you a house, she was always up front about the good and the bad of any property, even being forthright about reasons to avoid a house. Viewing a house with her provided an inspection-before-the-inspection, not just looking at the rooms and area of the property. Numerous times she pointed out elements I missed that made a house worthwhile or a potential risk, things that could be an issue down the road, as well as things that made it a good fit for my personal situation.
