I liked everything that was done, Ashley was always available any time of the day and night and weekends, she would text me back or call me within minutes. She knows her job extremely well, As a new timer Ashley helped explain to me step by step the process l was going through. She was genuinely very polite and duper nice, always made me feel comfortable and always calmed me down when l needed it. I actually miss talking to her now that the sale is done!
