From the time of first contact, Kiernan has been the epitome of honesty and professionalism.
Purchasing an out-of-state property isn't just about "location, location, location", but also about trusting the person on the other end. He served as my eyes and ears and was always honest and upfront with me. Photoshopped Zillow or Redfin pics only show part of the story. He toured the properties I was interested in and provided real photographic and video evidence that gave me an idea of the actual appearance and condition of the property.
By connecting me with an incredibly thorough appraiser, he helped me avoid making a mistake and filled me with the confidence to be patient until I found the right property.
Once I found the property, he made sure and walked me through the escrow process (which is a bit different from where I live). The closing process was an educational experience and Kiernan was quick to explain the steps and make sure all parties were on the same page.
