I had my house in the market and it did not move at all. After the contract expired I decided that I would interview my next realtor and I did. I was down to 1 when I received a letter in the mail from a young man name Dominic which impressed upon me to give him the opportunity to sell my house. He said that he specializes in selling houses that was in the market and that didn't sell. I decided to give Dominic that opportunity. He was knowledgeable about my market, honest, marketing strategy was impeccable!! My home sold for just as Dominic said he would. His communication during the process was great.
