Jeeva Seevaratnam helped me to buy my first house.

It can be a bit scary to buy your first house, but Jeeva made the experience as pleasant as possible. Since I was very new to homebuying, I had a ton of questions and concerns which Jeeva patiently answered. Jeeva even took the time to walk me through what I should look for when we were viewing houses. Jeeva is also very knowledgeable in real estate investment and he shared some of that knowledge with me which I really appreciated.

Jeeva is excellent at negotiating. He got me a great deal on my house--I was honestly expecting to pay a few thousand more. During the final walkthrough, we found that the macerator pump in the basement was not working. Jeeva took the initiative and negotiated with the seller for a generous credit to fix the pump.

I have worked with a few other realtors and Jeeva was by far the best out of all of them. Jeeva has an incredible work ethic--even while he was recovering from surgery, he was still working and staying in touch with me. While I was working with Jeeva, I never doubted that he was looking out for my interests. Even after I've bought my house, he is still checking in with me to make sure that everything is ok and I know that I can contact him for anything that I need.

Jennifer walked me thru so many homes over the last few years. She was able to get my new house before it hit the market.

I met David Vari at an open house on 8/16, and was very thorough with all the answers to our questions. I am a first-time home buyer. I’ve been to plenty of open houses, but what made David stand out was the time he spent elaborating on all his answers. He was very levelheaded, and easy to talk to. I called him shortly after that open house because I wanted to work with him. He made the entire process step-by-step, and really invested his time and energy to find houses to visit, and was always in touch when he found one which suited my needs. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the structure of houses, and the age and condition of the roof, furnace, hot water tank, AC, cables, windows, and basement. This exemplifies his knowledge and experience in real estate. As a result of his efforts, I bought my very first house a month and a half later(!) thanks to David, and he helped out a lot with the timeline of when I needed to do specific tasks (apply for a loan, call utilities, closing procedures, etc.)
