Jean is extremely responsive on phone (text, voice) and email. She has a wealth of experience and a good eye for potential deal-breakers or issues to watch out for. I felt like she was looking out for my own best interests, as opposed to pressuring me into a bad fit. Definitely one of the most competent people I worked with in the process of buying a house. She was able to write up offer contracts extremely quickly (crucial given tight timeframes on bids), did a ton of behind-the-scenes work with the sellers' agent during closing, and was very flexible in scheduling tours and meetings.
