William Rich was my realtor. William was very professional, and has mega knowledge about his profession. There were so many times that I was worried that my property wouldn't sell, and Will assured me that things will work out, and explained to me things that I wasn't aware of. Will also was able to get a sale of $15,000. more money than I had asked for. Will is so good at his job.

Teddy listens and responds promptly. He really goes above and beyond what's necessary. He doesn't assume stuff. Instead, he will call or text and ask what your needs or preferences are. Teddy clearly understands moving is stressful and he tries to reduce that for people. He accepts responsibility. He will find creative solutions when there is an unexpected event. Basically Teddy is super competent without the off putting attitude of those who need to show everyone how wonderful they are!
