As a first time home buyer I was pretty nervous going into buying a house but Grant made it a super easy process. He found me some super nice options for houses and I'm extraordinarily happy with the house I got. He explained each step as we went through the process so it was easy to understand. Always explained the paperwork and what it entails which made it easy to follow along. Even though most of the process took place during the holidays he was always quick to respond and on top of everything. Also a really awesome person to talk to.

Simply got the job done and was very accessible. Any attempt to contact was almost immediately returned, even when she was on a plane. Always followed up with me to insure the process stayed on track.
