I knew I picked the right real estate agent when I selected Christine to sell my parent's home. My parents house was a unique property and there were not many comparables around to establish a price. We worked together and agreed to a listing price that was on point. The home was under contact in a week with a strong offer. Christine knew the area and has a great network of professionals she has worked with to help with the property. I was out of state for the listing and she took care of everything that needed to be done. She helped to clean out the property and get it ready for closing. The second was a home for myself and my son… there were other bidders, we got the home of our dreams and my townhouse she sold in a few days and got more than any other townhouses in my area.
