inci was so amazing with us. she is so knowledgeable about houses and the area we were looking in. she helped up get our house after almost a year of looking! maha was so amazing. she is so smart and extremely helpful. both of these women answered the phones at any hour of the day, scheduled meetings with us outside of traditional work hours, and really went above and beyond to help us. matt was our concierge. he was extremely helpful when setting up gas, electric, water, and internet. he got us the best deal possible and was super kind and friendly.
i will always remember how these people made our first home buying experience smooth and fun!

What didn’t I like about my experience is the real question. This was my first time buying a house and Darbie made the entire process fun and easy; instead of hectic and stressful like I thought buying a house was going to be. Any time I had a question she was available to text or call and if she’s wasn’t available on a certain day she let me know days in advance. There wasn’t a moment throughout this process that I didn’t believe she had my best interests in mind. I’m not lying when I say I will recommend her to everyone I know looking to buy or sell a house

Our agent Riched Dentinger was extremely konwledgable about the market and the steps needed to complete the transaction. His expertise in helping us to find a new home is greatly appreciated.
He setup alerts to notify us when new properties came on the market, then he setup viewings to meet our schedule and our check list of requirements.
I will recommend and have recommeded First name removed to others when looking for properties.

Michael (Mick) was absolutely awesome! He always responded to any question I had as soon as he could. He was always open and honest about any home he showed and never tried to push any particular home to get a sale. He kept us apprised along every step of the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a house in Western NY. If I ever need to use a realtor again, I would use Mick and the Hunt team.
