My wife and I decided to put our five bedroom house in Lewiston up for sale. Cyndi was our first and only call. She put the house on the market immediately and it sold much quicker than we thought it would. That's when Cyndi became more than our agent, she became our friend.
We closed quickly and had to move out of the house a month and a half before our planned winter getaway to our Florida residence. For the first time in our lives, we were homeless. Within a few days Cyndi had us set up to rent a B&B in the village for a little more than three weeks. She then promised us that she would find us another place to stay for the rest of our homeless period. She found one and we moved from one into the other.
We wanted to build a new house. Nothing elaborate, just comfortable and half the size of the house we just sold. Cyndi introduced us to one of the top builders in the Lewiston area. The house was being built while we were in Florida for the winter. Unfortunately the harsh winter and other issues delayed the construction. When we returned from Florida in June we were once again homeless. Cyndi quickly found us another B&B to stay in.
One last thing. After selling our house I had no place to store my Mercedes convertible for the winter. I asked Cyndi if she knew anyone who had space in their garage to store the car. She smiled and told me that her husband had built a large garage in the back of their house and that he would have plenty of space for my car.
What a huge help she was to us. Yes, she became more than our agent, she became our friend.
