I researched the Hunt site and based on her profile of properties she has been involved with and the locations she was familiar with, it was a no brainer to pick her.
When I tell you from day one she was nothing less than professional and the knowledge she offers is KEY. She made herself completely available 247 literally I don't think she sleeps :). She kept contact throughout the process. Going to look at houses during the holidays and freezing cold was nothing to look forward to but she kept it fun and always made me feel like I was her only client.
