Julie came very highly recommended by our NY condo property manager when we inquired about a Realtor recommendation. We contacted Julie and told her about our special circumstances, primarily us being in Virginia and this would be a long distance working relationship. Julie was fully on board with our requirements and went "way" above and beyond to help us not only get the condo into salable condition but to handle all aspects of the sale. July walked us through all the necessary listing paperwork, explained each and every aspect perfectly and guided us through the listing and sales processes. Once the listing was completed, Julie took the time to do a walk through of the condo and took a lot of pictures of the general condition and also all the areas that need fixing and issues needing addressing. She put us in touch with a contractor and assessed him with access and general up date information during his renovation process. Once his work was completed, Julie handled a thorough cleaning of the condo and had professional listing pictures taken both with the condo empty and with AI generated pictures showing it furnished. She worked with us through the sales process and found us a great buyer. Julie kept us well informed of any changes during the listing and sales processes, held multiple open houses, and all through the process was friendly and professional. I can't put into words how lucky we were to have Julie as our realtor. She is EXTREMELY dedicated to her clients, knows her industry, and is a true asset to Hunt Realty. In the terrible market we needed to find a home in she went above and beyond to find us a home. We started with another relator and went to Cathy to find our home. We visited 41 homes in our search which started in Jan. 2025. we finally found a home in Aug. 2025 and were not able to move in till after 10/31/25. She kept us going until we found our home. She is the best we could have ever found.
