This was an exceptional "plus" experience as we were out of town customers. Patti did a great job in getting the house ready for showing. The house was displayed in the âmost favorable lightâ. The showings were very well done. This included an aerial view of the property and interior pictures of the house. She explained the entire end to end sales and transition process to us.
She kept us up to speed on all offers and a general status after all showings.
As the house was being prepared for the sale, Patti showed great respect for all personal items and items which were special to us.
Patti also worked with and accommodated requests of a personal aide, who wanted take a few items from the house. This was challenging as the aide made last minute changes on her availability. Patti was very patient.
As part of the sale process, the local police recommended that the locks be changed immediately. Patti moved quickly to accommodate the recommendation. She also worked with the locksmith on a second occasion.
Patti recommended and worked with a fabulous liquidator, (Carnaby). Patti made sure the liquidation was thorough. She a did final walk through to insure the clean out was successful. Patti provided us with pictures.
She continually worked with the buyer to ensure their requests were honored.
