Susan was extremely helpful. I'm not so sure I'd have gotten such a fair deal, if I had gone with someone else, as I was originally planning to sell my home "as is". She suggested certain areas needed to be renovated or adjusted, and the extra work went a long way. Also, both the staging and photography were tremendous, and gave an excellent, positive representation of the home. She resolved any concerns from the buyer professionally and efficiently.
