Mick was awesome! I knew of him, but I chose him because I knew he lived and worked in my neighborhood. He answered all of my questions, and I had many, at any time day or night. Trying to coordinate a new build being finished and closing on the two properties simultaneously was a challenge, but I have to say Mick helped to make it happen. Easy to work and communicate with, explained the process very clearly, gave good feedback on what a reasonable offer would be which was very helpful as the market was very competitived. Always very promptly set up appointments to see homes. Also was the agent to sell our other home and was very helpful with that as well.
