Overall experience is good.
One suggestion I’ve is for regular monthly member, can CorePower yoga studio organize a private session once in a month focusing on building on right techniques. I’m doing the yoga for more than a year but still not confident if I’m doing it in right way or not.

I took the sculpt Yoga class on Sunday by Danning. Her class is very fun and boy what a work out! Quite a few other instructors cramp so many different postures and rush each through the flow, as a result one feels tired but not worked out - meaning one gets tired of constantly switching posture to posture but not really having an effective work out. As for Danning, her starting pace is just right and the flow perfect, lingering time on each posture just enough such that one really get worked out but still have time for various postures. Her energy & enthusiasm make the class even more enjoyable. I think she is fairly new at Corepower but already becoming if not already one of the best sculpt yoga instructors I have taken classes from in past several months. Will continue to take her classes & highly recommend her!!

I love CorePower! Zee is a fabulous instructor! She is great at instructing a challenging class while making it fun! I always look forward to her classes!

My co worker invited me to do yoga with her on Friday 2/9/24 and it was a beautiful yoga class for beginners I loved it and I felt safe and comfortable.

The yoga teachers have all been great in their own unique way and the yoga workouts are challenging and provide a low impact full body workout. CorePower is great if you can afford it.

I love core power yoga! I love the blend of meeting a great community, great teachers and a fabulous yoga practice. Proximity to the center makes it so convenient to be consistent. Overall I recommend CPY for everyone who wants a mind, body and soul retreat. It’s the best.

It’s perfect! This location is very near to home and trainers are wonderful.
