The entire process was really nice. The shampoo smells great, and not feminin. The hot towel and massage are such a nice way to make a man feel taken care of. Great service. Connie was exceptional.

It's more about the service...I was welcomed and felt good the entire time I was there. Getting my hair cut at a new place is a big deal for me and the service alone will make me come back...the haircut was great too - the person who cut my hair did an amazing job - if I remember correctly, her name was Sherry. I will be back. On a parting note, I answered the above question with a 10 because I've already recommended you to two of my friends.
