Overall service is satisfactory! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We recently had our AIB audit unannounced. Jimmy was on the spot. Though there was no planning for this audit Jimmy was able to guide us through the E-Notebook and Mr. Fortenberry was available to us as well. Though the two were not physically here for the audit, their guidance over the phone and email helped is get though our pest control portion of the audit. The E-notebook had everything the auditor was looking for. During our audit, all of our bait stations had bait, and the upkeep of all the traps helped us pass the AIB audit. Jimmy has been servicing this location for over a decade. Not only has he built relationships with our staff, but his friendly personality also makes dealings an ease with IFC. If there is ever an issue with pest sightings Jimmy will go out of his way to apply pesticide or traps to verify, we are free of pest and vermin. The sight had few challenges recently with the e-notebook. Jimmy followed up and was able to educate us on how to navigate. Overall great experience.

We enjoy the people at IFC the most. All the way from top leadership such as Chris Mueller, to middle management like Rod Minden, to our Technician Mike Huerter. We still have a lot of opportunity to grow our relationship with the IFC team, but in our first year they have been very good to work with.
