The staff is very friendly, they always remember our doggies even if it’s been a while since they’ve been there. The webcams are terrible quality and crooked which makes them kind of difficult to watch. My dogs always come home smelling terrible. I can tell they try to clean them, but they still smell awful. Kind of deters me from bringing them unless I have time to give them a bath when they get home.

How kind and caring tatiana and the staff are.
The staff took care of our dog beyond our expectations. That week, our dog wasn’t eating, scratched his nose and then had diarrhea. We were constantly updated by the staff via text and voicemail while we watch our dog on the webcam having a blast. We never go anywhere else but Dogtopia!

Our puppy Harmon cannot wait if we turn to the way to Dog Topia. He is so excited he opens the door. When he enters the staff always know and welcome him. I love the fact that I can watch him in the various rooms to see if he is happy. He is always moving around with other pets and loves the person in his area. The different rooms are always cleaned if an accident should happen. I have recommended several pet owners as that is how we came to Dog Topia. If Harmon needs nails clipped or a bath, shots or whatever, it’s available for him in an environment that he knows and feels loved and safe in. Thanks to all the staff at Dog Topia.
Friendly staff and I like the live feed from the play rooms so I can check in on my dog. I also like the updates I get such as pictures or phone call when I board her.
