I saw Sara for Physical Therapy and she was EXCELLENT!! Very knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining what she was doing and why. Only wish I could afford to work with her one on one every day!! The facility is very nice as well and I look forward to advancing to Pilates and eventually some classes!
I was surprised at the ease of enrolling and then joining the virtual class. The demonstrations and explanations were precise and understandable. Examples for population use were spot on. I think it was best just to hear a different way of cuing. Sometimes when you take from the same studio, you don’t get that different perspective. Thank you!

I have found both physical therapists to be terrific. Eleanore has helped to educate me through a bizarre injury. I count on her to pinpoint the problem and then guide me through exercises that will allow me to strengthen my leg in order to keep moving. I really have come to depend on her services. And I have already shared my great experiences with friends.
I have been seeing a combination of Eleanore and Lane for the almost 4 years and think the world of both of them. They are positive, knowledgeable and very supportive, particularly as I have struggled through back and shoulder issues. I would highly recommend them.

Expertise and caring envrionment.
Terese is fantastic.... very proficient at seeing the source of the problem and designing a program to eliminate it. Also, excellent at explaining and very patient. This sounds crazy, but I have been doing the exercises all day as I think about them, and I swear I already feel better and am moving a bit better....a long way from normal but definitely better. Is that just me or is it possible after just one session? I am signed up for weekly lessons and am encouraged about the progress I am going to make with Pilates. I now have hope for a more normal gait....and that is a wonderful thing!
