Very thorough backed with an obvious amount of knowledge about every factor regarding any type, age and size. Friendly communication and he can find any issues and what to do about them. He has many contacts to refer people to if there is something to be dealt with. He is always on time. He as the very best of testing equipment and has an enjoys his work. He doesn't make mistakes and he has done 200 inspections for my clients. The best I have seen in my 43 years as a realtor.
