The managers, Ro and Bre, create a wonderful environment- I feel like this studio is my ‘Cheers’ (where everybody knows my name)
The instructors are hard but encouraging, give great verbal cues, and bring real energy to the classes

I have been a member since the club opened! The club is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly. I have brought 3 friends as guests and 2/3 of them have purchased their own memberships to core power after coming with me.

Instructor was very calming and made me feel welcome even though I didn’t totally know what I was doing. I liked how difficult positions had easier options noted. Good smell in the room, good temperature, great music choice. I had a really wonderful time.
