I had a fantastic first experience doing hot yoga, as well as being at CorePower for the first time. The instructor, Sara, was amazing and informative, and took the time to make sure the entire class felt at ease and knew what they were doing.

The classes are great and so is the staff. My only recommendation is shutting the door 5 minutes before to start on time and limit late disturbances.
