The variety of classes
I love the classes and teachers! I usually avoid ab exercises but actually enjoy the ab section of class. I like that each class has a set format: slow flow, flow, abs, balancing, seated stretching postures. The familiarity is nice, and each teacher brings something different. I like that the studio is quiet.
I wish towels were complimentary. I also love a long savasana especially after a challenging morning practice, and sometimes there isn't much time left at the end of class for meditation (the point of yoga).
Staff were all very friendly and helpful, great classes and appreciate the early time slots.
