Great Yoga Sculpt class; the class was very challenging but Cait is upbeat and made it so much fun as well! Her music is perfect! She has great inspirational mantras that set the mood and intention for the class!
Isabella was phenomenal!! the staff in general was super welcoming to first timers and also seasoned pro's- which is NOT common at most Core Power Yoga studios. I was really refreshing to be so welcomed at a new studio. All around a great experience

The Friendliness of staff and community!! So many places underestimate the value of greeting you by name, and all the wonderful and warm teachers do this at CPY Walnut Street: whether before class, acknowledging good work in class or after,and even if you pass them on the sidewalk!
