Very nice studio and professional, friendly staff. Patient with new members who are just starting yoga. I find that I sweat just as much if not more as when I'm working out at Orange Theory doing a heavy running and lifting workout.

I appreciate the variety of classes and times that you have. I also like the fact that you offer a free week at any studio to help me make the best decision about what will work into my fitness routine.

Really enjoy HPF with Shari. She is a experienced teacher that knows how to adjust the temperature to make sure the practice is hot and gives you the type of experience I expect after many years of hot yoga (Bikram, flow, etc).

Great class, great facilities, great instructor. My only wish is that there was a little more room, or less people in the space.

The yoga classes are great, especially Yoga Sculpt with Ramona. Your bathrooms are also clean.
