I loved the class and the studio and Matt was a great instructor very welcoming and loved the sequence. The only minor thing is that there were no adjustments which I usually appreciate in a class but other than that I really loved the class the instructor the temperature and the studio! Will be back!

Everyone is very welcoming, the classes themselves are very challenging. Thanks to Corepower Yoga and the instructors at Pentagon City, I have changed my perspective about yoga, and learned that yoga is not only great for mindfulness, but also to get a good workout at the same time.

The instructor Robin Bourdeau and Nathalia Casanova are amazing instructors. People always tell them after class that they were amazing.

Studio is awesome, could be a little cleaner inside like could work on smelling alittle fresher, but overall the instructors are great, the vibe is awesome the students are friendly and the music is fantastic. I am so happy to be a part of the corepower yoga family thank you for all you do and I'm glad I could give alittle feedback. Peace Light & Love
