When I arrived Saturday at approximately 1:57 for my 2:00 appointment, the receptionist said she was just calling me. I asked her why and she said I was late. I told her my appointment was at 2:00. She said it was at 1:45. I showed her the text on my phone confirming my 2:00 appointment. The massage therapist greeted me by telling me that she would give me the rest of my time but she would not start her next appointment late. I showed her my text confirming my appointment at 2. She asked me if I booked online. I'm not sure why that mattered. I felt very rushed and she did not ask me what I wanted her to focus on. I have a pinched nerve and needed to tell her about the physical therapy I am receiving. I asked her to not do my legs or arms and she still did my arms. She said I got my full 50 minutes but I felt rushed and like I had done something wrong. No one apologized for this situation. I have been a faithful customer for years. I left very disappointed.

Need to hire massage therapist graduating from a school, and not any adhoc - the level of service has deteriorated and thinking to discontinue my membership. The hike in the prices does not do justice with the kind of service receiving

The appointment scheduling process was not throughly coordinated. I needed a Dr’s note which was not divulged to me until I arrived for my appointment. Thankfully it was resolved. I specifically requested a 60 minute lymphatic massage and was not informed that the massage time was only for 15 minutes and the remainder of the time would be a different type of massage. I just had surgery so this was not an option. Needless to say I was not happy with the overall experience. My time was wasted and I left without any service. Very disappointed.
