I went 90 days between haircuts due to the pandemic. My new stylist Lauren welcomed me back with a cheerful attitude and a sense of professionalism that made me feel at ease, and the new safety/cleanliness measures also provided reassuring comfort. I look forward to my next appointment. And did I mention how great Lauren’s mastery of the scissors made me look and feel?
