Service with a smile!
Great hair stylists who really know men's hair! Fun atmosphere. Although the app doesn't reserve a specific time, it provides a tremendous benefit to know how busy the store is at the time (and when it would be better to check back later). So no need to just show up at the store hoping to get in for a haircut!
Fast service once sat down. Not always efficient but staff is friendly and cares for each customer.
I was given a greeting including a hand shake upon arrival. The staff member was amazing in asking me questions on how I wanted my hair and did an amazing job!

I'm willing to drive by two other Sports Clips and go out of my way by 30 minutes to ensure she cuts my hair. I think she is doing an awesome job managing her store. Thanks Rebecca! I appreciate you! Jessie did an excellent job cutting my husband's hair and beard. He asked her if she could cut out the gray hair. She smiled and said, "I am a beautician not a magician". Perfect response!
