Our experience this year was 100% better than last year. Last year, my daughter was posed awkwardly, and looked a mess. I thought this may have had to do with the time of day. Additionally, her pritns were just so-so. We had to re-order them due to not being made aware of where to place additional writing on the photo. THIS YEAR was much better. The photographer captured awesome shots (same time of day as last year), and the prints were of very high quality.
