I think the website for ordering pictures could be easier to navigate. Changing the backgrounds was not intuitive. Some poses I couldn't figure out how to change the background at all. I'm still not sure how some pictures ended up in my cart while others did not.

Communication was great! Super helpful with my order! Even though there was an error in the ordering process, it was rectified before I even knew and a free gift was added!
