It was the first time I used this app but it was nice and made it easy for me to see the pictures I wanted and like that you could choose what background to use on the photo us the mail part was great them waiting for my daughter to bring the picture home from school.

I like that we can customize the packages! So many other photographers have preassigned packages that always have sizes we can't use.

The photos that we received for my son were very nicely done. I was happy with the photos and the look of them. However, I wasn't happy with the fact that the mail had folded the package, and that is not a reflection of TSS....but instead the problem with mail and how they handle a package that specifically said do not bend, photos.
