Pictures are taken with great quality. There are a variety of quality backgrounds to choose from. I had an issue with my order and tried calling the customer service number. I never got an answer but when I used the contact us form on he website, I received immediate help. The email communication was very prompt and they sent me the correct pictures in a timely manner.

The photo session was orderly and the pictures were taken in a timely manner. As a teacher, I really appreciate the fact that I was able to take pictures with my daughter and have those memories with her as an elementary student as well. The photos also came back and were ready to view very quickly. The ease of viewing the proofs and ordering online is a plus. I would highly recommend using this company.
