I really love the ladies that come to clean...they are so nice and friendly! I appreciate their attention to detail. I also like that if someting is missed, all I need to do is call...there is no greater satisfaction than knowing that you have great people and great support staff!!!

My floors are never COMPLETELY clean. There is still dirt on there, because when I walk barefoot on the title, right after they clean, my foot still get black.

With very few exceptions, I have had problems with the cleaning. The March cleaning was great and I was told the same team would be back in April but I don't think that happened because things were not as good. I called the office to report my concerns but I have not heard back from any one. So I guess what you could do to fix it, is have the same team each time and be consistent with the cleaning service.

The first time Maid Brigade came to my home at the hourly rate, the job was excellent. They still do a good job, however, the garbage can in my laundry room doesn't get emptied and the tile floors have a cloudy film on them.

The girls that answer the phones, plus the cleaning crews are polite, on time, and do a great job. I will continue to use the service and recommend them to others.

The workers are great, professional I curtious.
My concern that I hope to get worked out with the owner are:
1) When I first tried out your service I was promissed a discount with the mail flyer I used to call. It wasn't applied even after I showed it to the worker and spoke to the owner about it over the phone.
2) I was quoted a total or $155 on the phone after the workers completed for the first job and was charged $192.50
3) I was quoted $100 for twice a month and $120 a month for once a month.
4) On the second trip 3 workers came and worked for an hour a half. at $35 / hour / person the value is$78.75. I feel like I'm being over charged.
5) I left a message with the owner to talk through these items, I've yet to get a call back. As my schedule allows I'll keep trying to contact her.
6) My time is very valuable and it a little annoying having to put this extra energy in to insure I'm being billed fairly.

Use of environmentally friendly products and attention to detail

On the 3-17 and 4-2 and 4-16 cleaning day the finger marks around the door handles and light switches have not been wiped off; in kitchen sink drain and stopper not cleaned; window ledge above sink not cleaned completely; window above sink not cleaned; top of microwave; and sliding glass door on the outside; in master bedroom french door windows not cleaned; in bathroom hit wall emtying garbage can and took the paint off the wall. where does all the garbage go that is emptied out go? It is not in our garbage cans outside.

The girls are always on time and always friendly. Now that they have gotten to know our needs, they are doing a very good job.

I have two parrots and a small dog. It is important to me that the birds be covered and not frightened by the vacumn cleaner noise.
The ladies are always on time and since they are sometimes repeats, I don't have to explain in detail about my pets.
They are fast and courteous. I stay in a back office doing paperwork while they are here. They do the office first so I can take the little dog in there (on her leash). i ask to be called before they leave. They alqways do this and it gives me a chance to look around and be sure every thing agrees with me. I ordinarily tip them $15.00 and feel that it is well worth it. I never worry about any electrical devices, like computers to be in danger of damage.

Make sure that if something is pointed out as missed in the last cleaning that it is handled in the next cleaning.

Last cleaning was good. Other times it seemed dusting was around items and not under. Don't be afraid to move item. Also, I appreciate that they are cleaned the spill traps under the heating elements on the stove top, but make sure they are replaced properly and lock in place.
Make sure to leave blinds as they are found.

Maid Brigade arrive on time; they are courteous, thorough and efficient. Always do a great job.

The first cleaning visit was a disappointment - not only the cleaning was not so professional looking, the ladies were more innent on running the meter than doing the job. However the second monthly visit was good, and the cleaning was professional. May be the hourly rate system that you do on the first visit is not working out very well, may be you should send a supervisor to inspect and agree on a fixed rate for the first cleaning service.

The attendants are very competent and leave my house in a spotless condition. When guests use my house, I never fear that the condition will be anything but perfect.

Due to my husbands breathing problems, the switch to green products helped us a lot.

I'm very picky so I might not be the best judge. I am of the mind that if I pay someone to clean my home, it should be done better than I would do it myself. Things should be moved to dust under, vacuum under etc (of course excluding big furninture) and sometimes it is not always done.

I like the thoroughness of the dusting - especially the blinds and ceiling fans! I like the fact that nothing that is used triggers an alergy response.
