Everyone was professional. They took care of obtaining homeowners' association approval. Sliding door installation was on schedule. Door working well. Only complaint was that a $100 coupon I had was not honored because it arrived in my mail after I ordered.

Firstly your salesman was very informative about your product and services which made me feel confident in using your company. The installers were friendly and everything was done in a timely fashion, my instructions regarding the caulking and rehanging my curtains was helpful. Two days later I cleaned my windows, rehung my curtains and everything looks great. I also like the look from the outside

I appreciated that Montana came prepared with catalogues for the windows and doors. It helped me visualize and make selections at the time of her visit. Another company did not come prepared -- which impacted my time since I had arranged to be at home to meet them -- and had to make follow up visits & STILL came unprepared. Montana also answered my follow up concerns about the quality of the windows, since there was such diverse opinions on the internet.
So, thank you Montana.

Randy was very efficient and installed windows and doors solo. He cleaned up after the job was complete... much appreciated. Only time will tell if the windows and doors hold up, but the installation was smooth.
My only complaint would be that I was called late Thursday afternoon for a Monday installation appointment, and I got the impression I was throwing a wrench in the works by not being available then. That was too short notice for me to commit to being home since I work FT. I did try to rearrange things and called back, but Monday was no longer available; so I was able to get on the schedule for Friday, which was fine.

My son is the expert when it comes to knowing about the windows, but I must say that the gentlemen I talked to at Graboyes for the part of the purchase I was involved with, were among the nicest, friendliest, and most helpful people I've ever dealt with during any type of purchase. Products are excellent , high end quality. The installers did an outstanding job. They worked as a team and took great pride in their workmanship. They were very neat and always kept on top of the trash. They were polite and friendly which made it a much more pleasant day overall. I was a bit surprised at first of the cost of the job, but I can now say I got what I paid for and I'm highly satisfied. We purchased the original storm doors and windows forty years years ago from Graboyes.
