First of all, we adored our salesperson, Marsha Williams. Secondly, the product was a premium product, not found in stores. The door was a perfect design and color. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service, installation and selection.

One thing I didn't like is I have to vlean all the glue offvthe windows. Also ordered a storm door that wasn't ordered and I still haven't received a conformation that it has been ordered.
The installers were great to work with especially since I was having stucco remediation done and due to the weather we had to reschedule.

TJ, was great! Hard worker even in extreme heat. Nice young man, represents the company well. Very knowledgeable and conscientious, cares about the quality of his work. He took great care not to damage my brand new cabinets in my second floor kitchen. Window quality is always great and they look fantastic. And fantastic job by Trip who did the final measurements upon ordering, one look and he said the framing wasn't quite square so he ordered slightly smaller windows so they went in perfectly square and plumb. Thank You All!! 3rd time I used them over 25 years and always a great job!!
