I really appreciated how informative and helpful Sophie was when I had explained my lower back pain; she helped me figure out the correct posture for various yoga/work out exercises. I really love how clean and organized the Westwood studio is!
I had a problem with my membership and the second I asked for help tha manager fixed the problem. One of the sculpt teachers met with me before class and made sure I do all of the work correctly.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this studio. The staff is welcoming, encouraging, and passionate. The studio is clean and full of lovely amenities. After the recent and devastating loss of my only remaining parent, a consistent hot yoga practice here has given me strength, both physical and mental, when I thought I had neither left. The studio was very clean and inviting, and the instructor (Katie Bud) was friendly and encouraging. The class I took, sculpt, was intense and I felt like I got a very good workout while having fun. It was a good first hot yoga experience!

I love CorePower, especially the Westwood studio! The teachers all give off such a welcoming vibe. The only thing I would have to comment on is that sometimes ventilation in the yoga sculpt room can be rough, especially when the room is packed. I know the instructors always open the door towards the end but if you're in the back half of the room the air never reaches you - which is odd since this never seems to be a problem at the Wilshire studio.

But please please please consider offering one towel and a mat
Every time we come in. I only came in that one time so far and I must say 90 min parking is not enough.
By the time you shower and fix up you are forced to pay the parking, since you always run over.
That would be appreciated by all.
Further more if you open up a location In Beverly Hills that would really be great.
I absolutely love core power yoga, and highly recommend it to anyone. I used to live in Colorado, and went to the Aurora, Cherry Hills, and Parker studio very often. I was pleased when the Westwood studio opened, because it is close and convenient. The studio is very nice, and well staffed.
