I absolutely love core power yoga, and highly recommend it to anyone. I used to live in Colorado, and went to the Aurora, Cherry Hills, and Parker studio very often. I was pleased when the Westwood studio opened, because it is close and convenient. The studio is very nice, and well staffed.

I really appreciated how informative and helpful Sophie was when I had explained my lower back pain; she helped me figure out the correct posture for various yoga/work out exercises. I really love how clean and organized the Westwood studio is!

I had a problem with my membership and the second I asked for help tha manager fixed the problem. One of the sculpt teachers met with me before class and made sure I do all of the work correctly.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this studio. The staff is welcoming, encouraging, and passionate. The studio is clean and full of lovely amenities. After the recent and devastating loss of my only remaining parent, a consistent hot yoga practice here has given me strength, both physical and mental, when I thought I had neither left.
