I absolutely loved the instructor Alex (I believe that's his name) it was one of the best yoga classes I've ever taken I'm definitely going to remember some of those poses for when my back is in pain. Thank you so much!
All the classes are great and varies. I can come take a class that is more strenous on days I need that kind of workout or I can come in for something more zen and peaceful. All the instructors are also very sweet and encouraging.
I like the facilities and the staff are great and always make you feel welcomed. I haven't been practicing long but the instructors warm and positive attitudes make me feel at home and like I have been at the studio for years. They do a great job.

sometimes the music is too loud during Yoga Sculpt.
sometimes, the studios aren't as freshened up as they could be between classes:
perhaps some type of essential oil air freshener or mop?
