I love Core Power Westwood. It has become an almost every day practice for me. Ryan, Alex, Alyssa are all amazing. I love Tayler & Katie as well but the new schedule has made it impossible to ever attend their practice.

Everyone here is great though. Nicole is awesome & the list goes on from there.

Please bring back the 9a HpF or cp2. I used to attend the 830 or 9 classes. 10&11 have become practically impossible. I know a lot of moms who have echoed this sentiment

Corepower is one of the best things that has happened to me. I hope to work as a Corepower teacher one day. I am currently taking CPY TT and I've taken classes many times at Westwood. It's amazing !!!

I like the upbeat tempo of the music. I like the option to take a class that follows the same routine all the time like an HPF class or a class that changes according to the instructor, like a C2 class. I love Sculpt. I wish you had a studio closer to Long Beach. I work in Westwood but the class times are not convenient and the studios “closest” to me in Torrance and Redondo are over 30 minutes away. After I use up the classes in my package, I won’t be renewing, which is sad for me because I’ve been a member of Core Power Yoga for years.
