The attention to detail and the pleasantness of the staff

I went in with a difficult and complex problem. Brad was the mechanic that serviced my vehicle. He went over and above to pinpoint the issue. It wasn't a easy one. I'm impressed with the quality time he put into my vehicle. Wesley was an amazing advisor. He was respectful, honest, and attentive. He really made me feel like I was in good hands, and I was. Pricing was honest and fair. I will not only recommend you guys but I will no doubt be a returning customer. Thank you to Brad and Wesley for outstanding service!

DID THE WORK I WANTED AND KEPT ME POSTED ALONG THE WAY.

I liked my first visit where the desk person who took all my information was very caring about what my problems were with my car. He took down all the information and then we took the car for a drive, me driving, so he knew what I was talking about. Christian Brothers also took time with my car. I think they had it 3 days and 2 nights. My car runs well, except for the rough engine, which they feel is in a gear and recommended me to someone else to fix that. But I was well pleased with the job that Christian Brothers did.

I took it in a 2nd time and the same as the first. The desk person was very receptive to what I wanted them to do. Again, my car was kept in the shop for a night, and they were looking at that gear. I appreciate the mechanics keeping my car awhile longer, although, I am able to go without a car for several days.

The phone person was also very courteous. Thank you.

The service was excellent. My truck was ready in a very short time, I expected the repairs to take much longer. I am completely satisfied with the service.
